Clear Fire is an owner-led UK fire safety practice. We deliver Type 1–4 fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, PAS 9980 external wall reviews, multi-site compliance programmes and insurer audit support, for offices, hospitality, residential blocks and complex multi-tenant portfolios.
Clear Fire is run by two independent owners, Kevin and Jon. Every site visit, every finding and every signed report is theirs, never a junior, never a subcontractor. The result is faster, defensible documentation that holds up with insurers, fire officers and responsible persons under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Fire Safety Act 2021.
Every assessment is carried out, walked and signed off by Kevin or Jon themselves, two independent, Level 4 qualified owners with decades in construction. No juniors, no subcontractors, no upselling.
